By using this Website and/or placing an order you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below.
Our Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law. Your use of our website binds you to the jurisdiction of the English court. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
We welcome any queries that you may have in respect of our Terms & Conditions prior to the placing of any order.
All our pricing is shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and where applicable, includes VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Any contract entered-into and made by the customer and Raw Made Simple Ltd in respect of the purchase of any of the products shown on our website, will only deem to be in effect once that order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not in any way affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Whilst Raw Made Simple Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders without prior notification, then should any such order be cancelled or refused, and if monies have been received, a full refund will be given within 14 days.
The availability and pricing of items shown on our website are subject to change without notice. The customer will be charged at the price shown on our website at the time of purchase. Whilst we would endeavor to inform the customer of any unavailability, prior to dispatch, we reserve the right to replace out of stock items with those of a similar cost or type.
Delivery charge(s) will be added to your order value (where appropriate) before checkout and the full amount due for payment will be shown.
Whilst every effort will be made by Raw Made Simple Ltd to deliver your order within the time frame shown on our website, there may occasionally be circumstances when the delivery of orders, are delayed. Should we become aware of any such late delivery, we will do our utmost to notify you of the delay. Sometimes ‘third party’ couriers may deliver your parcel up to 48 hours after despatch and not within the 24 hours that we try to achieve. As such circumstances are out of our control, we do not normally ‘guarantee’ a next day delivery service. We are unable to replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer within the 48-hour time frame, as a result of courier delays.
Our couriers are instructed to leave your order in a ‘safe place’ it is your responsibility to inform us if you do not have a safe place for our couriers to leave your order. Should no such ‘safe place’ exist then you MUST sign for your order. We are unable to accept liability for orders reported as missing, when they are shown to have been left by the GPS tracking system of our couriers.
Should your given address not exist on our courier’s portal and we therefore, have to manually amend it, we will not replace the order or refund the payment if the couriers fail to find and deliver the order to your address.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL.
Once your order has been accepted by us, you ‘the customer’ will have a period of 24 hours, prior to despatch, in which (for any reason) to cancel the order. If you cancel the order within this time frame then any payments made by you to Raw Made Simple LTD will be refunded in full, within 14 days of your payment being made to us.
Raw Made Simple Ltd has a policy to replace your order should our products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, or, if for any reason, you are not entirely happy with what you have received. We are only able to offer a replacement order on the following basis – firstly we require proof of damage to the outer carton, this would normally be shown when signing for the delivery, we would also require photographic evidence of damage to the product, whilst it is still packed inside the outer carton, further photos of the damage to individual items would also be required. Perishable goods, by law, cannot be returned and couriers are not able to accept returns. We need to be informed of damaged or inferior product within 12 hours of the receipt of delivery.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS.
Payment for goods is accepted, online, by Credit or Debit cards. Raw Made Simple Ltd operates a secure environment for all card payments. Pounds Sterling (£) is the only currency that we accept, for payment of goods. Credit/Debit card details are not stored in any of our systems, neither do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
